Sample Vendor Timeline

As you start to finalize your vendors it can be a bit daunting to think through the timeline. There are a lot of moving parts, but we can assure you that it's easier than you think! On top of that, we have a great in-house Coordinator that starts working with you 3 months prior to the wedding to help with this task.

But before you talk to our coordinator, we wanted to share a sample timeline with you. Obviously, some things can be tweaked, but this is a great template to reference!

Access to property: 10am-11pm | Music must end at 10pm | Sunset at 8PM

10:00 am – Hair & makeup begins at on-site bridal suite

12:00 pm – Lunch delivered to wedding parties

1:00 pm – Vendor arrivals begin at venue

1:30 pm – 8-hour photography/videographer session begins with detail shots

2:00 pm – Florist arrival time

3:00 pm – Groom and groomsmen arrive at venue, dressed and ready for photos

3:15 pm – Couple has "first look"

3:30 pm – Catering arrival time

4:00 pm – DJ arrival time

5:00 pm – Wedding party retreats out of sight

5:30 pm – Ceremony begins

6:00pm – Ceremony concludes, family portraits follow and cocktail hour begins

7:30 pm – Dinner service begins

9:30 pm – Photographer contracted time ends, Last Call announced

10:00 pm – Event Concludes, DJ contracted time ends

10:15 pm – Clean up begins

11:00pm – Venue contracted time ends, clean up concludes
